Marco Baldocchi is a leading expert in neuromarketing, consumer behavior, and strategic branding. He has developed neuroscience-driven methodologies to decode subconscious decision-making and optimize brand engagement. He serves as Director of Neuromarketing Research for the Italian National Association of Applied Neurosciences and is Head of Research at ONCEMS, the Italian Communication and Marketing Observatory for Sustainability. A global speaker, author, and lecturer at 24Ore Business School, the Catholic University of Milan, and Florida International University, he has contributed extensively to the field of neuromarketing. He is a member of the Neuromarketing Science & Business Association (NMSBA), the Italian Scientific Community of Miami (MSIC), the Italian Association of Neuromarketing (AINEM), and the Market Research Council, one of the world’s most esteemed market research organizations. Named among the Top 10 Best World Speakers - Neuromarketing Series 2021, he was included in the Insight250 ranking (2023) and Marquis Who’s Who, placing in the top 3% globally in consumer behavior, neuromarketing, and neurobranding. Enrico has over 45 years of international commercial and investment experience. This includes working for Unipol SAI ( Italy’s Largest Insurer) for 6 years. Enrico is also executive Chairman of Salbora Srl – Milan, an Insurance and corporate advisory company. Enrico is an adjunct Professor at IULM University where he lectures in the field of Crisis Communications. He is also a Philosopher and an avid reader and traveller. Enrico invests in and advises several entrepreneurial businesses.

Marina Levi de Figueroa
Board Member

Marina Levi de Figueroa, Ph.D., is a strategic communications and capital markets advisor to top private clients, multinational corporations, and governments. With extensive experience in media, business, and politics, she currently advises major financial and energy institutions across Europe and the Middle East. A visiting professor in corporate anthropology and behavioral economics in communications, she previously spent over 20 years in investment banking and investor relations, specializing in Energy, TMT, and FIG. Marina serves on multiple VC boards and is a fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute (RAI).

Manuela Marcoli
Board Member & Shareholder

Manuela Marcoli M.D., Ph.D. is a Professor of Pharmacology (retired, 2023) at the University of Genova, specializing in neuropharmacology and neurotransmission. With over 40 years of research, she has made significant contributions to glutamatergic transmission, purinergic receptors, and neurotoxicity. She has held academic positions in cellular and molecular pharmacology, conducted research at the University of Aberdeen, and collaborated with international neuroscience organizations. A former President of the Ethical Committee for Animal Experimentation, she has been an active member of scientific societies, including the Italian Society of Pharmacology and FENS. Author of 124+ peer-reviewed publications (H-index: 29-33), she has secured funding from EU, MIUR, and private institutions. Dr. Marcoli remains engaged as an editor and reviewer, contributing to advancements in pharmacology and neuroscience.

Jorge Menendez, President of Knighthood Financial, is a finance and business strategist with expertise in financial consulting, accounting, and business growth. He has led multi-million-dollar portfolios, developed AI-driven tax consulting solutions, and implemented strategic frameworks that enhance client financial stability. A leader in revenue optimization and performance management, he focuses on expanding Knighthood Financial and establishing himself as a top expert in the financial industry.

Andrea Alessandroni
CTO & Board Member

Andrea Alessandroni is a software developer and technology innovator with over 20 years of experience in mobile applications, IoT, and augmented reality. Starting in web development in the early 2000s, he later expanded into .NET and mobile platforms, developing solutions for public transportation, retail, and hospitality, including ticketing systems and digital access management. In 2018, he created an AR app for the city of Lucca, allowing visitors to “meet” Giacomo Puccini in AR, and joined Neuralisys in expanding business operations in the United States. Today, Andrea focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into mobile applications, enhancing user experiences with AI-driven interactions.

Marco Benatti is a serial entrepreneur and media innovator, having founded over 100 companies throughout his career. He played a key role in shaping Italy’s media and digital landscape, launching Medianetwork, Italy’s first media center, and co-founding Matrix S.p.A., the company behind Virgilio, Italy’s first internet portal. A former Country Manager for WPP Italy and CEO of FullSIX, Marco has been a driving force in digital marketing, media, and advertising. With a passion for innovation and business strategy, he continues to influence the industry through investments and leadership.

Luca Bidoglia, business strategist with a philosophical mindset, has built a career spanning HR leadership and general management.
